Genbiotech's human resources policy
Our recruitment takes place according to 5 successive stages:
1. Reception and consideration of your application
Upon receipt of your application, we proceed to its in-depth study especially in terms of skills and qualifications. If your profile is in line with our wishes, you will be contacted for an interview. If your application is not accepted, you will be notified by mail.
2. Interview with the corporate recruiter
This interview will provide an opportunity to have a better understanding of our company. During this meeting, the recruitment team will review your career, your skills of analysis and synthesis, your ability to take on responsibilities and initiatives as well as your motivations to integrate the business and develop long-term there. At the end of this interview, if a positive opinion is issued on your application, an interview with the operational teams will be programmed.
3. Meeting with the operational team
At this stage of the process, your technical and regulatory knowledge and skills as well as your ability to integrate the team will be considered. The position and the expectations of the company you will be also presented in detail.
4. Validation of your application by the general direction
A full review of the different interviews will be conducted with the different people involved in the recruitment. The director of the human resources and the head of the department will listen to you on your vision of the position and the responsibilities that we want to give you. You can then take this opportunity to evoke your wishes regarding your professional development, how you imagine taking your position and all the complementary details which you seem necessary.
5. Start your career with Genbiotech
You will participate in an introduction programme which will help you discover all the actors and the different services of our company. A guardian will accompany you through the various steps of your start in your new position. A review of your integration will be proposed by the human resources manager.
